1. TRAINING OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION

  • Coordinate and oversee training schedules, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, course material preparation, and enrollment processes.
  • Liaise with learners, trainers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Maintain and monitor learning management systems and training records.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with digitized learning systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in training or educational roles.
  • Familiarity with the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) ,TP Gateway, CFA/BCLS platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task to meet competing deadlines
  • Pro-active and meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
