Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Learning & Organisational Development Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape practical, engaging solutions that help our people grow and our business thrive. Working across our contact centre and broader business, you’ll support everything from performance and development planning and capability frameworks through to engagement, leadership development and onboarding, playing an important role in creating a great employee experience.

You’ll get to know what our people and leaders need, bring fresh ideas to the table and use feedback and insights to keep evolving what we do.

  • Bring learning and organisational development initiatives to life, translating business priorities and employee needs into simple, practical solutions that make a real difference.
  • Shape performance, development and capability frameworks that help our people grow, build their careers and develop the skills our business needs for the future.
  • Bring the employee voice into focus through engagement surveys and other listening initiatives, partnering with leaders to turn insights into meaningful action.
  • Drive capability development across our contact centre and broader business, identifying emerging needs across leadership, professional, digital, AI and technical capabilities and creating practical development solutions.
  • Support our community, diversity and inclusion initiatives, building strong relationships with community partners and employee networks.
  • Continue to evolve our onboarding experience, creating a simple, engaging and consistent journey from pre-boarding onwards across our brands, teams and locations.
