CURALINC HEALTHCARE IS SEEKING A PASSIONATE AND ENTHUSIASTIC TRAINING FACILITATOR TO SUPPORT TRAINING SERVICES FOR CURALINC’S EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) CLIENTS. THE CURALINC TRAINING FACILITATOR PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND FACILITATION IN THE PLANNING, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF TRAINING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Fulfill a Significant Percentage of Virtual Training Requests
  • Fill In, on an Emergency Basis, for Virtual Trainings Originally Scheduled with Affiliate Providers
  • Create Administrative Files Using Company Software and Sync with Departmental Tracking Files
  • Customize Training Materials with Client Info and Content Requests
  • Coordinate Dissemination of Training Materials to Client and Affiliate Providers
  • Follow Up with Clients for Any Requested Analytics

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 Years of Corporate Training Experience
  • Training Experience Within Mental Health/Healthcare/EAP Settings
  • Mastery Of PowerPoint Development and Delivery
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including Creative and Written Competencies
  • Flexible, Hard-Working, Results-Driven and Able to Work Autonomously in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Highly Organized with Meticulous Attention to Detail
