Description
Funding Reconciliation & Monitoring Reconcile and monitor all training grants and funding schemes, including: PSEA (Post-Secondary Education Account) SFC (SkillsFuture Credit) SSG Course Fee Grants Track funding status (submitted, approved, disbursed, rejected) Ensure accuracy between TMS records and TPGateway claims Investigate and resolve discrepancies in funding amounts Claims Processing & Submission Check and submit training grant claims via TPGateway Ensure all claims meet SSG requirements (attendance, assessment, payment status) Monitor claim progress and follow up on pending approvals Liaise with internal teams (Ops) to obtain required documents Refund & Adjustment Handling Process refunds for overpayments, funding adjustments, or rejected claims Handle funding clawbacks and fee adjustments where applicable Coordinate with Finance team on refund processing and records Reporting & Tracking Prepare funding reports (e.g. utilisation, disbursement, outstanding claims) Maintain tracking sheets for SCTP and non-SCTP funding Provide regular updates to management on funding status and issues Job Requirements: Education: Diploma in Accounts/ Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting functions.
