Job Description Location: Geraldton Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent As the Driver Training Lead, you will set the training strategy for experienced MC hires and oversee the ongoing development of our existing driver workforce. As we continue to expand our mining operations across the Mid-West, Fenix is entering an exciting phase of growth. We are adding brand-new trucks to our fleet and onboarding more drivers, creating the need for a capable leader to step into this critical role. You will play a key part in supporting this growth by leading driver training initiatives, while continuing to uplift the capability of our current drivers. This role suits an experienced MC Driver with strong training experience who holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and is ready to lead, train, and manage Driver Trainers- ensuring they are well equipped to meet the demands of the role. Qualifications Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - this is an essential minimum requirement Currently hold an MC driver’s licence. Responsibilities
