Job Description What you will be doing As the Driver Training Lead, you will set the training strategy for experienced MC hires, and the ongoing training of MC drivers while implementing the Newhaul Way. This role suits an experienced MC Driver with strong training experience, who holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment to lead, train and manage Driver Trainers, ensuring they are appropriately equipped to cope with the demands of the role. You will understand long-distance driving of large vehicles, that transport bulk commodities, the challenges around fatigue, how to set and instil the Newhaul driving standards to drive positive outcomes. The ideal candidate is required to have the knowledge and experience to listen and overcome objections and put forward ideas on how to make improvements. What you will bring Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - this is an essential minimum requirement Currently hold an MC driver’s licence. Extensive experience in delivering hands-on training to MC Drivers The ability to design and maintain driver training to a high standard 3 years or more experience driving road trains Additional Information Sound like you?
