We are looking for a highly experienced and technical SuccessFactors (SAP) Training Lead to design and execute the training strategy for Phase 1 of a SuccessFactors Implementation, focusing on Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience leading training initiatives for SuccessFactors, combined with a deep understanding of Enable Now for content development and user enablement.
