Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and technical SuccessFactors (SAP) Training Lead to design and execute the training strategy for Phase 1 of a SuccessFactors Implementation, focusing on Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience leading training initiatives for SuccessFactors, combined with a deep understanding of Enable Now for content development and user enablement. This is a remote, contract role, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels at driving user adoption through targeted training solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training for SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong understanding of SAP integration points, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
  • Proven expertise in Enable Now, including its application within SAP environments, for creating and managing dynamic, user-centric training content.
  • Strong background in HRIS/HR Technology training and development, including SAP HCM, especially in large-scale system rollouts.
  • Solid experience in change management and user adoption processes.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving1 abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • SuccessFactors certifications, SAP certifications (if applicable), and LMS (Learning Management Systems) experience are a plus.
  • English C1+

  • Training Strategy Development & Execution: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive training strategy for Phase 1 of SuccessFactors Implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, business leads, and change management teams to define training needs and objectives.
  • Align training initiatives with project milestones and overall organizational goals.
  • Training Program Creation & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to end-users, including interactive eLearning, instructor-led training (virtual/onsite), and job aids.
  • Use Enable Now to create interactive guides, simulations, and real-time performance support.
  • Customize training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences (HR teams, managers, employees).
  • Change Management & User Adoption: Partner with change management teams to integrate training with broader change initiatives.
  • Monitor user readiness and adoption, collecting feedback to improve training materials and methods.
  • Provide ongoing support and training troubleshooting during post-go-live phases.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand system configurations and process changes impacting users, including SAP system dependencies.
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports, tracking training participation, completion, and outcomes.
  • Regularly update project leadership on training status and issues.
