WHAT SORT OF SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field that meet the requirements of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Demonstrated experience in Defence or ADF aligned with Capability Development and knowledge of ‘Capability Life Cycle’
• Advanced MS Office skills, Objective and Defence Records Management processes.
• Strong communication skills, process orientated, good attention to detail
• Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance (ability to upgrade to NV2)
