Business Unit: Cubic Defense Company Details: Responsible for overall service quality and staff performance in Armour Simulation Centre Programme, oversight of single or multiple transit agency customers. Directs and coordinates all services related to ASC Program including, but not limited to Facility Management and Usage, KPI matters, Staff Discipline, Staff Training and Proficiency, Service Quality, Business Processes, Training Result and Feedbacks, and End-User Experiences. Responsible for the day-to-day operation and control of assigned service staff. This position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Require providing support to any other business work as assigned, working shift and after office hours. Job Details: Oversees multiple customers, and the management, performance, and completion of multiple training support services. Interacts with customer personnel from Exercise units to Training doctrine. Interacts with internal business development personnel to assist in strategic initiatives in the region. Responsible for the direction and future of local internal organization, aligned to company strategy, policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Prepares proposals to provide for conduct of Training Management and Support Services for Armour Simulation Center. Determine staff hours, number of personnel, and type of competency required for each support. Conduct project status meeting and participates in program review. Provides data to fulfill customer requirement and for internal improvement and provides required information. Reacts to customer complaints and bring to resolution in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by taking proactive steps to problem solve. Promotes teamwork within department and company. Recruits and hires all services related positions for department/location. Develops and trains staff and sets collaborative and professional tone for organization. Manages staff performance including disciplinary action, working with senior management and Human Resources as required. Delivers quality services rendered for each training to meet company and customer objectives. Recommends and implements changes to enhance facility and employee productivity. Responsible for the creation and execution of Training Plan and Business Process Documents. May require covering for Training Coordinator Role during their absence. May work different shifts as business requires.
