TRAINING MANAGERCurrito Brand
The Training Manager for Fast Casual will be accountable for the effectiveness and integrity of our training initiatives. This role involves ensuring the continued growth of our brand through exceptional service and operational standards. A significant portion of time will be spent in stores, leading by example and collaborating with the team.

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires a flexible schedule, with time split between corporate store locations, meetings, and training initiatives, across various shifts and locations.
  • This position may require travel to support locations out of town and travel for up to two weeks at a time for new store openings.
  • The schedule requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support training and operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Training & Development:
  • Oversee all line-level training and onboarding, including maintenance and compliance of training documents.
  • Management of training tracker for all positions within corporate locations.
  • Assess training effectiveness during store visits.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and team members on training programs.
  • Participates in the training of franchise managers.
  • Execute training during new store openings for both corporate and franchise locations.
  • Technology & Systems:
  • Focus on the maintenance and operational-level functions of technology platforms, including R365, POS, Learning Management System and any other operational technology platforms.
  • Ensure all restaurants are utilizing these systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Have in depth knowledge of all technology platforms to assist in troubleshooting.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding:
  • Manage open manager positions and assist with interviewing and closing positions.
  • Assist in new manager training and onboarding programs.
  • Facilitate orientations for new team members.
