As HR Training & Development Manager / Senior HR Projects Specialist , you will be responsible for designing, implementating and managing end-to-end development programs aligned with both operational and strategic business goals. You will play a key role in building training frameworks from the ground up, managing large-scale projects (including EU-funded ones), and delivering high-impact learning initiatives across all organizational levels. This is a strategic role requiring vision, adaptability, and execution capability in complex and diverse environments.
