We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of a large and diverse learning programme. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work will directly support better outcomes for residents and help to develop a skilled, confident workforce As Training Manager, you’ll lead the Adult Social Care training programme, overseeing around 700 courses for 12,000 learners each year. You will be one of two training managers, employed for 22.2 hours per week. You’ll manage a skilled team of training consultants and administrators, work closely with operational services, commissioners, providers and health partners, and ensure our training is high-quality, compliant, innovative and future-focused. You’ll shape learning across key areas including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty safeguards, Leadership & Management, Wellbeing, CQC compliance and the Care Act, translating national policy into meaningful practice on the ground.
