We’re seeking an energetic, people-focused Training Manager to lead our Adelaide operations. REQUIREMENTS

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (or willingness to obtain during background checks)

• Lead, coach, and support a small team of trainers and training coordinators, ensuring courses run smoothly and meet funding and regulatory requirements while fostering high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry, employment, and training providers to create new business opportunities.
• Work alongside the business development team and directly engage with prospects to promote genU Training.
• Oversee course planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners.
• Promote the genU Training brand locally and help grow our Adelaide presence.
