Industry: Crypto Assets/Financial Education/Investment Training Level: Middle (3 5 YOE) to Senior (5 10 YOE) Reports to: Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Job Responsibilities Design training content for users and affiliates in the crypto asset market. Conduct online and offline training for cross-industry affiliates (stock, real estate, insurance, etc.). Measure and improve training effectiveness based on audience segments. Research market trends and integrate them into training materials. Collaborate with BD and Marketing to align training with the affiliate growth strategy. Produce training materials such as videos, articles, and reports. Skills & Experience Solid understanding of macroeconomics, capital flow, and investment products. Age: 27 + preferred.

Responsibilities

The Training Manager will design training content for users and affiliates in the crypto asset market and conduct both online and offline training sessions. They will also measure and improve training effectiveness and collaborate with business development and marketing teams.
