This role requires expertise in learning & development (L&D), training facilitation, and knowledge of the financial sector’s evolving landscape.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR within a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).Certification in training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning & Performance - CPLP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and deliver training programs covering financial products, regulatory compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and align training with business goals.
  • Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and classroom-based training sessions.
  • Ensure all employees receive up-to-date training on financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to integrate regulatory updates into training materials.
  • Maintain training records and ensure regulatory training compliance.
  • Implement training initiatives to enhance employee performance and career development.
  • Support leadership development programs for high-potential employees.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
  • Work closely with HR, department heads, and external trainers to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.Report on training impact, participation, and ROI to senior management.
