We’re seeking a Training and Development Manager with experience of working in a manufacturing environment to join our client’s team in Cornwall.

• Create and deliver training content for operators, supervisors, and Managers around key aspects of the business.
• Assess the training needs of the business and develop training plan accordingly.
• Lead/support orientation & onboarding of new employees in line with plant training program.
• Evaluate, follow up, and drive post training KPIs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning with all staff.
• Stay informed on business trends, legislative changes, and industry developments.
• Maintain and manage ISO audit training records and manage through audit processes.
