This position is located at the Nutrien Rocanville Potash site.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Rocanville Senior Leadership team to achieve comprehensive and sustainable training objectives for Rocanville.
  • Responsible for managing/working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and LCMS (Learning Content Management System) ensuring government and company regulations, policies, guidelines, and objectives are met.
  • Ensure employee safety, product quality, cost effectiveness and environmental sensitivity is a focus.
  • Provide a daily presence and interaction with all levels of personnel at Nutrien Rocanville, while interjecting leadership and advice on matters relating to all facets of safety, training, and development.
  • Professional liaison with Corporate training and development personnel - Maintain relationships with vendors, outside consultants, and external training organizations.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, direction and oversight of the Training Department Team to deliver training objectives.
