You’ll design education that empowers surgeons and clinical teams while influencing how our most innovative products are understood in real‑world practice. What You Will Do Lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality product and procedural training. Collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to create evidence‑based educational content and materials. Evaluate and enhance education program performance using defined metrics, recommending improvements based on data and customer feedback. Manage coordination and execution of in‑person and virtual courses, workshops, and seminars. Analyze competitive trends and clinical insights to inform program strategy and content direction. Build and maintain a network of clinical advisors and training partners to support ongoing program development. Gather and integrate Voice of Customer insights to refine training solutions and identify new opportunities for investment. Allocate resources and manage partnerships to ensure effective, scalable delivery of medical education initiatives. What You Will Need Required Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 6 years of professional experience. Preferred MBA. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices or medical education. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional Information This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise in clinical education and product training. Work arrangement: On‑site or hybrid, aligned to business needs. Travel: May require domestic travel for course delivery, site visits, and partnership meetings. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
