Training Manager – 15+ Years Experience Location: Pune Experience: 15+ Years Role Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with strong end-to-end L&D leadership experience and a proven track record in building and managing a Training Academy. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and scale learning programs that develop employee capabilities and support business growth. --- Key Responsibilities · Lead the L&D strategy, training governance, and annual capability-building roadmap. · Manage the full training lifecycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. · Establish and run a Training Academy, including curriculum design, certification frameworks, and learning journeys. · Develop blended learning programs—classroom, virtual, e-learning, and experiential formats. · Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement effective training solutions. · Oversee LMS management, content development, and vendor relationships. · Track training impact through KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analysis. --- Qualifications · 15+ years of L&D/training management experience. · Demonstrated success in creating and scaling a Training Academy. · Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and modern learning tech. · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
