About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Capability & Training, the Training Mapping & Development Lead is a key contributor to the capability uplift required in supporting readiness of the workforce for Next Gen CAD.
The Training Mapping & Development role is accountable for providing visibility of all training content relating to the use of the CAD system across TZV though training mapping. The Training Mapping & Development Lead plays a critical role in the delivery of an uplifted training program by creating the foundation for a training gap analysis that optimises and streamlines the update of content.
The purpose of the role is to develop a training content map that provides visibility of the thread of CAD related content across all learning programs, including nationally accredited programs delivered through TZVs enterprise RTO. The Training Mapping and Development Lead will create the single-source content map linking learning outcomes with TZVs Doctrine, RTO requirements, policies and procedures with the touchpoints across all learning programs, artefacts, tools and learning aids, and connecting these to the enterprise Doctrine, informing curriculum updates and high-quality learning programs to support the transition to Next Gen CAD and the future of learning at TZV.
