Wedgwood Companies is seeking a Marketing Training & Methodology Manager to support our Non-Traditional Marketing teams across Events, Retail, RSVP, and Direct Marketing. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving the training frameworks, resources, and methodologies that help our teams succeed in the field. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to create impactful training materials, observe real-world implementation, and continuously improve how our teams are trained and developed—from new hires to leadership. The Marketing Training & Methodology Manager ensures these teams are equipped with the tools, training, and systems needed to perform at a high level. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence teams Exceptional organizational and project management skills Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others Ability to analyze field performance and translate insights into actionable training improvements Clear and confident communicator who builds trust with teams and leaders What You'll Do Training Development & Resource Creation Design and maintain training programs for Non-Traditional Marketing teams, from entry-level marketers to leadership roles. Develop and update key resources including: New Hire Training programs Intermediate marketer development training Marketer talk tracks and pitch frameworks Leadership progression documentation Performance management frameworks Ensure training content remains consistent, effective, and scalable across all markets. Field Observation & Strategy Conduct occasional field observation days to evaluate training adoption and effectiveness. Observe pitching techniques, coaching interactions, and operational processes. Adjust training strategies and materials based on real-world insights and market conditions. Team Leadership & Development Partner with local and senior leadership to build development programs for marketers and team leaders. Support leaders in tracking and improving performance metrics. Collaborate on strategies that strengthen team performance and training consistency. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with Sales, ISC, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing and downstream teams. Ensure training programs support overall organizational goals and operational success.
