What the role will entail Design and develop hard and soft skills training programs for Auto Collections team members and partner agencies. Create and maintain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date learning materials, ensuring programs are customized to meet business needs. Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions that drive participation and knowledge retention. Implement training initiatives and ensure achievement of targeted learning outcomes. Administer and analyze training evaluations, monitoring participant progress through defined metrics in coordination with department and team heads. Partner with department and team heads to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives. Coordinate with HR Training on bank-wide programs and learning initiatives for Auto Collections employees. What we're looking for Holder of a Bachelor's degree At least 3 years of experience in training (preferred) with solid experience in collections; background in banking practices, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage. Proven experience in public speaking, facilitation, and training delivery, preferably with adult learners, including instructional design and courseware development. Strong analytical and MIS skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrates strong people management and negotiation skills; self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-focused, customer-centric, and committed to integrity.
