Training Officer, Highway Management/Belle Valley, PN 20053790 NOTE: PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE A STRUCTURED INTERVIEW. CANDIDATES’ RESPONSES TO THE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS WILL BE SCORED AND THE SELECTION DECISION WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT. What You Will Do: Assess District training needs Provide guidance and training to new and existing employees Develop and implement courses to meet training needs & requirements Travel throughout District to provide classes at ODOT facilities During equipment operation training, proficiently and safely operate basic, standard & complex equipment Benefits to You: Enjoy an excellent work/life balance Receive paid time off with vacation, sick and personal leave.
