JOB DESCRIPTION

• conducting customer training (at all locations around the world where our customers are present or remotely);
• assistance in preparing schedules and training programs;
• preparation of reports on training courses conducted;
• conducting short presentations for potential clients (on-site and remotely);
• participation in annual gaming fairs (short presentations to visitors);
• Assisting in providing customer support and conducting customer analysis;
• assistance in product development and testing and in preparing product documentation.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• At least a College of education in a technical or other field is desirable;
• the ability to confidently perform in front of small and large groups of listeners (groups of up to 20 people);
• ability to work independently with a personal computer (preparation of various materials for training, etc.);
• Enjoyment of business travel and the ability to travel by air (including long distances) and work in the field;
• Knowledge of the gaming industry is desirable;
• personal grooming
