Description
Purpose: The Training Officer assesses organizational and individual development needs to drive training initiatives and develop and deliver effective learning solutions for employees. Key Area of Responsibilities: Assess training needs and develop learning strategies and programs for improving employee job performance. Design and develop training programs using various learning methodologies to enhance learning experiences. Plan and deliver training programs in various forms such as classroom training, workshops, e-learning, hybrid learning etc. Source, evaluate, and recommend training programs using external sources such as training institutes, eLearning platforms, universities, etc. to gain access to essential skills and expertise. Plan, execute and monitor progress of training programs for feedback. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. Ensure effective management of training and assessment records. in order to abstract relevant training information to support audits or decision-making required. Provide guidance and support to internal trainers, production supervisors and team leaders to increase their effectiveness as trainers and coaches. Support and participate in company continuous improvement program. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Education or in Engineering related field Minimum 5 years of training experience preferably in manufacturing company Preferably certified with ACLP/ACTA Knowledge on learning design/analytics and assessment and evaluation Proficient in Microsoft Office Good communication skills -
