Key Responsibilities: Develop training curricula in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts Coordinate end-to-end training operations including session scheduling, participant registration, and venue logistics Manage training resource inventory (vehicles, tools, equipment, parts, manuals) Implement evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics Track participant skill development and maintain comprehensive training records Support rollout of new training initiatives and provide operational guidance to stakeholders Optimize training quality through continuous improvement based on program evaluations. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or in a Technical filed (Electrical, Mechanic or any other related filed), or a related field is often preferred. Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training. Driving License. Organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness. Fluency in English and Dutch. One other language is required (German, French, Spanish, Polish), at the level of B2 or above. Microsoft Word, Excel. High level of Power Point creating skills. Responsibilities
