Job Description Summary Accountable for ASEAN training operations which includes Training centres, local classes, Channel partner trainings and customer trainings. Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for the services function, then designs and delivers training solutions. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result. tex Job Description Roles and Responsibilities •Accountable to manage, lead and initiate Local classes in Zones driving productivity. •Accountable to drive end to end operations of zonal training centers as SPOC •Accountable to create roster, assign training plan, Keep attendance record, follow up training plan completion and grant credits in Emerge U/LMS •Ownership for Training Invitations, Food/logistics, Student experience •Accountable for QMS audit readiness/EHS management working in sync with local EHS leader •Organize demo systems, Trainer management, classroom management •Tools/Logistics co ordination for multiple countries to support local classes •Accountable for Training Inventory /upgrades ---working in sync with Trainers •Manage fill rate, swap-Cancel, update stake holders •Responsible for Parts orders/ replacements as applicable Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Services & Education Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
