TNG is seeking a Training Operations Specialist who will be responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to clients registering for in-person or virtual training and events. The incumbent will support the Training Operations Team in their daily communication with clients and increase efficiency in post-training operations. Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: King of Prussia, PA (1 day in office, 4 days remote)

Requirements:

  • Confident user of MS Office Suite including Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
  • Intermediate user of Zoom (required)
  • Experience with MemberSuite (highly preferred), Monday.com (preferred), LiveChat, Wistia, Wordpress (highly preferred)
  • Experience working in an Association or Higher Education setting preferred
  • Well-organized

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute private event operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Create and maintain event records in MemberSuite Association Management System, including event setup and uploading training content
  • Oversee event registration in MemberSuite
  • Manage the Outlook consulting calendar quickly and efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and event-related inquiries via the event email inbox
  • Maintain event timelines, tracking key deadlines and deliverables
  • Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth planning and execution
  • Troubleshoot any scheduling or registration issues, providing prompt resolutions
  • Assist with post-event reporting and data analysis to improve future event operations
  • Event accessibility accommodation coordination per guidelines
  • Schedule Zoom meetings and moderate various private training courses
  • Work closely with department leader on assigned projects
  • Manage training materials posting page and regulatory required website updates and projects
  • Process recordings of training and events
