Description:
The Training & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the adoption of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure). This individual will ensure that employees and stakeholders not only receive the necessary knowledge but also effectively adopt new tools and processes in real-world environments.The role requires strong instructional design skills, facilitation expertise, and the ability to apply organizational change management principles to drive adoption. Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities are preferred secondary skills to help align training and adoption activities with business requirements and project timelines.

• Design and build instructor-led, e-learning, and hybrid training tailored to Microsoft solutions.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to technical and business audiences.
• Develop supporting materials (user guides, quick reference cards, video tutorials).
• Adapt training programs based on learner feedback and adoption metrics.
