Build your career with a trusted industry leader.   Job Summary Will be responsible for enabling employees’ continuous learning, helping them achieve professional growth through suitable and sustainable learning solutions, that will ultimately lead to employees’ ability to contribute to the organization’s goals.   Key Responsibilities:   Supports the training needs of, at least, two to three Business Units Establishes regular engagement with the Business Unit/s and the HR Business Partners to have a good understanding of the business direction and their people development needs Conducts training needs analysis to determine the most relevant and appropriate learning solutions to recommend to the Business Unit/s Implements the approved training programs in coordination with all relevant stakeholders within the Business Unit/s, Training & Development and other external vendors, as needed Evaluates training requests initiated by business unit/s Develops and facilitates training programs Prepares post-program reports, recommends process improvements and other adhoc projects from time to time   Qualifications:   Must be a holder of a Bachelor's Degree preferably Behavioral Arts or Science course At least 8-10 years’ experience in learning and development Has an extensive knowledge in conducting training needs analysis, design and development of training programs and adept at facilitating classroom and virtual training Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas #LI-CF1#LI-OnsiteBDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
