Why you'll love this opportunity as Training & Presales Consultant. As our Training & Presales Consultant you will be the clinical and technical bridge between our product, sales, and hospital customers—driving new business and ensuring smooth onboarding. Presales Deliver tailored, high-impact demos to hospital stakeholders. Provide clinical and technical input during RFPs and customer meetings. Analyse workflows and map product benefits to hospital environments. Support sales with competitive insights and configuration advice. Training & Onboarding Design and deliver training programs for hospital staff across roles. Run live and virtual sessions to ensure readiness pre-launch. Create and maintain training materials (manuals, e-learning, guides). Lead onboarding from kick-off to post-launch handover. Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Support teams. Represent hospital users, feeding insights back into product development. A degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or similar Experience in a training or presales role within healthcare or health tech Familiarity with hospital IT systems (EMRs/EHRs, PACS, LIS) Strong communication and content creation skills Willingness to travel as needed Highly Desirable if you have A clinical background (RN, RT, etc.).
