The role The Clayton Utz Training Program (CUTP) team is seeking to recruit a Training Program (Materials) Administrator on a permanent part-time basis to provide support in the administration of the Firm's externally targeted, client focused training program. This role would suit a motivated student or junior administrator looking to develop skills in a top tier law firm environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside one of Australia's best-known teachers in negotiation skills, conflict management and ADR, Michael Klug, and his team to ensure that the efficient running of the client training program. Key responsibilities In this varied role, you will be responsible for: preparing, producing and maintaining workshop materials; successful courier of workshop materials around Australia; setting of workshops, client meet & greets, and working with the presenters on training days; and website administration. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, the following attributes will be required: 1-2 years administration assistant experience or equivalent; strong attention to detail, and strong client service focus; an ability to prioritise your time across a number of busy matters; document production skills, including experience with Microsoft 365; ability to work in fast paced environments and be able to prioritise urgency of work; and ability to work part of a team and have an adaptable approach. The Clayton Utz Training Program (CUTP) team The CUTP team in Brisbane are responsible for the marketing, coordination and administration of the Firm's externally targeted, client focused training program. Workshops are offered for clients in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin, Perth and Canberra.
