Job Summary:  The Training Sales Executive is responsible for the management and development of training sales and administration for a region.  Responsibilities include directly selling to company’s customers and prospects, scheduling classes with local contractors, billing, and managing all training revenue, and working with operations across assigned region to grow training revenue.      Supervisory Responsibilities:  * None   Essential Job Functions:  * Direct selling to current customers and prospects in all company locations/markets to grow training revenue.  * Manage training class renewals and ensure customer compliance with renewal dates.  * Educate our service and sales departments on identifying leads and closing business.   * Work with Marketing Department to campaign and identify targets and seed customers and prospects.   * Schedule training and manage billing and invoicing for assigned region * Performs other related duties as assigned.   Experience & Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required. * 3 or more years of experience in safety training and/or compliance field * 2 or more years of experience in Outside Sales. * Detail orientated with the ability to track and manage training projects through completion. * Ability to set and meet aggressive commitments to achieve business objectives.  * Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment.  * Ability to build strategic partnerships and possess a strong and positive track record of growth within a market.     Physical Requirements:  * Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. * Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed.   We are an equal opportunity employer that welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
