Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS A TRAINING SALES MANAGER:

As a Training Sales Manager at Midwest Shooting Center, you are responsible for leading a high-performing sales department, fostering revenue growth, and driving exceptional customer engagement through our memberships and training programs. You will operate within a proven sales system, leveraging a steady flow of warm leads to execute consultative selling strategies that convert prospects into lifelong customers.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and drive the sales pipeline with a focus on lead conversion and revenue generation
  • Actively set, confirm, and conduct member consultations and facility tours
  • Convert prospects into active members and training clients through skills assessments and follow-up
  • Oversee the client lifecycle, ensuring service excellence and minimizing attrition
  • Manage location CRM system and follow up with all leads, including JotForm submissions and new member outreach
  • Train and coach team members on Associate Sales Process and client engagement standards
  • Conduct forecasting and departmental planning with <3% variance
  • Ensure all OSHA, ATF, and MSC compliance and safety protocols are met and exceeded
