JODAYN, a leading provider of professional training solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Training Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote our top-tier training programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, and individuals. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events. Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions. Effectively negotiate pricing and contracts to drive successful deal closures. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, ideally in training, education, or a related industry. Preferably experienced in selling IT training programs or management courses. Candidates with strong connections in the government and banking sectors are highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
