Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50/hr, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Full-Time -Onsite Role (Carolina, PR) Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (there may be some variance depending on business needs) As a Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate at Conduent, you’ll have an opportunity to work in learning services. About the Role: * Must be able to check the training mailbox for rosters * Must confirm that instructors and classes are set up * Make sure that classroom is setup for in person training * Must be able to manually file papers * Must be able to respond to emails in a timely manner * Must be able to help facilitate online and in person training Requirements: * Be at least 18 years or older * Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent * Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test * Demonstrate problem solving abilities & critical thinking skills * Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written) * Proficient in MS Office products * Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Demonstrate time and task management skills * Attention to detail Working with us: Join a rapidly growing organization that can support your career goals.
