ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Training Service Manager, you will lead a high-performing regional team delivering vocational education and training (VET) services, funded programs, and employment initiatives across the region. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator with the capability to build and maintain partnerships across government, community, education providers, and industry stakeholders.
You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and staff development—ensuring that programs meet regulatory and contractual obligations, while improving training access and outcomes in your region.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
