Description
The Network Infrastructure Knowledge Services team defines and builds the customer documentation and the learning portfolio supporting our customers, partners, and employees. This team is responsible for Nokia’s flagship IP/MPLS certification program, the Service Routing Certification Program, as well as numerous other learning programs, including the Optical Network Certification Program and NSP certification learning portfolios.
Responsibilities
The Training Session Event Coordinator will define and build customer documentation and learning portfolios. They will support various certification programs and learning initiatives for customers, partners, and employees.
