The routine responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Maintains system user procedures and user aids. • Manages materials prepared for training classes. • Coordinates procedure updates with subject matter expert. • Coordinates communications for key product areas. • Teaches web seminars and portions of live classroom materials. • Develops training programs through the application of sound principles of communication and instructional technology. • Works under the supervision of manager or project lead. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS + None or AA/AS + 2 years of relevant experience or HS/GED + 4 years of relevant experience. Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security check Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time monitoring Intelligent Transportation Systems such CCTV camera displays, meters, law enforcement radio broadcasts, answering/responding to calls and communicating to other staff or partner agencies Constantly operate a computer and other monitoring equipment Preferred Qualifications: Team Collaboration Fast-paced, multitasking environment Good oral and written communication skills Additional Information Sponsorship opportunities for US Employment Authorization are not available for this position.
