Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive learning solutions to internal wealth management partners as part of the onboarding and support teams.
  • Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into effective training objectives.
  • Determine appropriate learning methodologies and development solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with subject matter experts as needed.
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging training and organizational development programs.
  • Maintain an inventory of training programs and tools, scheduling their use according to management priorities.
  • Represent the department in various conferences and partner meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Strong instructional design and organizational development skills.
  • Proven training experience, particularly in Financial Services cloud applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interface and train all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience supporting a training team for software applications.
  • Experience with IT implementation projects involving large user bases.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and participating in training analysis and development.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based learning environment and digital design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience training or participating in IT implementation projects with hundreds of users.
