(Saudi National Only) Grade: G7 Location: Riyadh HQ Working hours: full time Advert closing: 14/01/2026 Responsibilities Review, evaluate and analyze logistics training programmes with other RSAF Directorates and contractors and provide clear feedback to the (DoTC). Provide recommendations to address shortfalls in training requirements. Be able to provide short- and long-term solutions to training and evaluation shortfalls identified. Draft letters for RSAF approval. Draft and prepare formal and informal correspondence for training and evaluation related activities. To assist the Directorate of Technical Crew to meet RSAF Objectives. Other tasks as directed by the RSAF section manager at (DoTC). Job Requirements: ESSENTIAL The incumbent will have a proven track record and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience working in a military aviation environment. The incumbent must have completed a recognized course of training in Aviation and or an appropriate specialized training related course. Degree or equivalent qualification and experience in Training is acceptable. A minimum of 5 years proven experience within a training/evaluation environment, preferably at supervisory level. Excellent written and oral English skills are vital. Computer literate and an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). DESIRABLE RSAF Logistic manuals and regulations development experience would be desirable.
