Then Mountain Lake Services might be the place for you! We are offering a full-time Monday through Friday schedule for our Clinical Training Specialist position located in Port Henry, NY. What you get to do: Includes but is not limited to the following. Model Clinical Skills for our Direct Support Professionals and provide them with direction and guidance in providing a Therapeutic Environment with a Strengths Based approach. Provide guidance, support, and modeling to direct Support Professionals during crisis situations. This could include night and weekend hours. Build lasting relationships Work as part of a collaborative clinical team using Trauma Informed Approaches Requirements: Education: High School Diploma Experience: The person in this position must be flexible with their time, enjoy working with people, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels is required. Some experience in a clinical environment preferred.
