TRAINING SPECIALIST

Safal Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Specialist to support a Texas-based education project. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering professional development and training programs grounded in evidence-based practices and adult learning theory. The ideal candidate is creative and collaborative, with a passion for adult education and a proven track record of crafting and facilitating high-impact training. They bring strong expertise in instructional design, a deep understanding of adult learning and the ability to translate complex content into engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field is a plus
  • 5 years’ experience in education, instructional training, or adult learning
  • Proven experience designing and delivering professional development or instructional training for educators or adult learners
  • Strong grounding in adult learning theory, scaffolding strategies, flipped classroom approaches, and instructional design
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with Texas education systems, policies, or regional context is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality professional development for adult learners across Texas-based education initiatives
  • Develop training plans that integrate adult learning theory, scaffolding techniques, and flipped classroom models
  • Review and scope training content to ensure alignment with project goals and educator needs
  • Facilitate engaging and effective virtual and/or in-person training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to refine content for diverse educational audiences
  • Use data and participant feedback to continuously improve training strategies and outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation to support training delivery, evaluation, and reporting requirements
