Requirements PRIMARY FUNCTION: GLS US is seeking a full-time Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role will primarily focus on Sales-related training initiatives, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to drive performance and revenue growth. In addition, this position will provide training support across other functional areas as needed, including Customer Experience (CX) and operational teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs (new hires, product knowledge, systems training, sales techniques, and continuous development). Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs aligned with business objectives. Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions across multiple locations. Create and maintain training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content. Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Support cross-functional training initiatives for departments such as Customer Experience (CX) and Operations as needed. Maintain training documentation and ensure materials remain current and aligned with company processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and learning strategies. May be required to perform tasks beyond those explicitly listed in this role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in Sales training, Learning & Development, or Sales enablement. Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and customer engagement strategies. Experience facilitating training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of leadership.
