Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona is looking for a Training Specialist I to join our dedicated Training Team! ---------------------------------------- 💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Training Specialist I, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our frontline associates and store teams by: * Delivering engaging, adult-learning-based classroom and on-the-job training. * Collaborating with managers to assess training needs and implement effective learning solutions. * Coordinating training logistics, from scheduling to materials and LMS support. * Measuring training effectiveness and recommending improvements. * Supporting new store openings and regional training initiatives. ---------------------------------------- ✅ WHAT YOU BRING * Experience: 5+ years in retail management or 2+ years in training roles. * Skills: Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching abilities. * Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn LMS platforms. * Mobility: Willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred. ---------------------------------------- 🌱 WHY GOODWILL?
