The Training Specialist I will help Associates meet the goals of Premera Blue Cross by giving them the opportunity to achieve optimum productivity through successful technical training. The incumbent is responsible for delivering effective training on Premera’s operational systems. Some travel to branch offices may be required.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Salary Range:
$51,000.00 - $76,500.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$58,100.00 - $87,200.00
