This role collaborates with subject matter experts, QA teams, and program leaders to create engaging, data-informed learning experiences that drive performance and support continuous improvement. The specialist also plays a key role in system training, documentation standards, and remedial learning efforts aligned with IDRE goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering training in a healthcare, government program, or operational services environment.
  • Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate) and learning management systems, preferably Bridge.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and performancebased training.
  • Experience developing remedial or corrective training content based on QA findings and performance data.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills; ability to work crossfunctionally and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials tailored to IDRE needs, including eLearning modules, instructorled content, job aids, and assessments using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Provide instruction on how to use the IDR case management system, electronic systems, and documentation tools, ensuring users understand workflows and data entry standards.
  • Educate staff and decisionmakers on quality control protocols, documentation standards, and required timelines to support compliance and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the QA/Training Manager and QA Specialists to develop remedial training manuals and materials, including visual charts, slides, videos, and other tools to support learning retention and performance improvement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for trainingrelated questions or clarifications from internal teams, offering timely and accurate support.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and QA outcomes to inform continuous improvement and instructional redesign.
  • Ensure all training materials meet accessibility standards (508 compliance) and are compatible with PRI’s learning management system, Bridge.
  • Support special projects and contribute to IDREaligned initiatives, including curriculum updates, quality assurance reviews, and instructional research.
  • Manage multiple training projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality and alignment with PRI’s ISO and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) standards.
