Responsibilities
  • Review, revise, write and explain policies and procedures as necessary
  • Serve on committees as assigned;
  • Research, compile, analyze and/or complete specialized projects related to training as assigned.
  • Work with all IDJC staff including Education, Maintenance, Kitchen, Support Staff, Direct Care, Juvenile Service Coordinators ,Human Resources, Fiscal, Quality Improvement, Clinical, Nursing, Recreation Coordinator, Community Outreach Programs, and IDJC Leadership to help develop training plans and opportunities that supports career growth and staff development.
  • Schedule and coordinate with outside instructor trainers, negotiate contract details, and secure offsite venues to hot trainings.
  • Maintain and update training equipment
