This role is a key contributor to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for both internal teams and external clients. As a Training Specialist, you will translate complex processes, workflows, and software into clear, engaging learning experiences that drive real-world behavior change. You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, HR, and client-facing teams to synthesize information, build scalable training content, and deliver impactful sessions across multiple formats. You will play a central role in creating a culture of learning while enhancing adoption, performance, and engagement. \n Accountabilities: Lead, maintain, and innovate training programs for internal teams and clients, including onboarding, cross-team, and implementation training. Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and prioritize topics, audiences, and formats based on business objectives. Design learner-centered training using adult learning principles, focusing on behavior change and practical application. Create and curate content across multiple formats, including live virtual sessions, self-paced modules, micro-learnings, and reference materials. Interview subject matter experts, review documentation, and synthesize information into structured, learner-friendly content. Deliver live training sessions and train-the-trainer programs, adjusting dynamically to participant feedback. Leverage learning platforms (LMS and other tools) to organize, publish, and maintain training content. Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, iterating programs as needed. Develop and maintain a training roadmap aligned with company initiatives, project milestones, and implementation plans. Requirements: 3–7 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, learning & development, or a similar role, ideally in software, technology, or complex process environments. Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles in course design, facilitation, and evaluation. Hands-on experience with learning management systems (e.g., TalentLMS) for organizing courses, tracking completion, and reporting engagement. Skilled in content creation tools, screen capture, or video tools for multimedia learning. Proven ability to measure training impact and iterate based on data and feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement. Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Comfortable facilitating live sessions and adapting delivery to diverse learner audiences. Collaborative, proactive, and capable of building relationships across teams and subject matter experts.
