Description
  • Support development and implementation of corporate training policies, procedures and supporting frameworks.
  • Advise management on appropriate training objectives aligned with workforce and business priorities.
  • Recommend updates to training policies and programs when changes are required to achieve development targets.
  • Coordinate the annual training needs identification exercise across business functions.
  • Analyze training requirements and consolidate findings into the annual corporate training plan.
  • Prepare reports highlighting major learning priorities, competency gaps and development requirements.
  • Evaluate course design, content, instructional methods, quality, cost and relevance against approved training objectives.
  • Monitor delivery and completion of planned internal and external training programs.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to determine whether training activities achieve intended learning outcomes.
  • Prepare performance and evaluation reports covering completed training programs.
  • Research international learning and development practices and recommend approaches appropriate to organizational requirements.
  • Benchmark corporate training programs against recognized external practices.
  • Liaise with training institutions and professional providers within the UAE and internationally.
  • Evaluate external training providers based on content quality, delivery capability and suitability for organizational needs.
  • Coordinate development of customized course modules addressing business-specific requirements.
  • Negotiate suitable commercial and delivery terms with training providers.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and learning sessions focused on training processes, systems and customer interfaces.
  • Provide technical guidance to Directorates on development of On-the-Job Training programs.
  • Evaluate On-the-Job Training outcomes and recommend adjustments in coordination with relevant Line Managers.
  • Develop and monitor the corporate English Language Training Program.
  • Coordinate English language assessment strategies, methodologies and provider performance.
  • Plan and manage in-house and overseas English language training activities.
  • Develop long-duration training programs supporting Nationalization and Emiratization objectives.
  • Coordinate with providers to ensure development programs meet required capability and progression targets.
  • Prepare service agreements with universities, educational institutions and training providers.
  • Coordinate training initiatives with ADNOC Group Companies.
  • Support Group participation in courses organized centrally or across the wider organization.
  • Analyze training trends, participant feedback and performance information to improve learning services.
  • Review current training achievements against approved learning and development objectives.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure management has access to reliable learning data.
  • Anticipate emerging training needs and alert management to future workforce development requirements.
  • Evaluate requests for tailor-made programs and develop suitable course structures.
  • Coordinate implementation and effectiveness evaluation of customized training solutions.
  • Liaise with colleges and universities regarding industrial training, work placements and summer internship programs.
  • Support student placement arrangements with internal business functions.
  • Contribute to preparation of the annual training budget.
  • Monitor training expenditure in coordination with Finance and track spending against approved budgets.
  • Prepare periodic budget and training progress reports for management review.
  • Investigate significant cost variances and recommend appropriate corrective action.
  • Support development of assigned employees through coaching and structured skills transfer.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training systems, processes and learning delivery methods.
  • Contribute to MIS reports, performance updates and management information requirements.
